Private Coaching Programs


Structured, results driven coaching built around your goals, schedule, and current game.  Each program follows a clear plan designed to help you make steady, meaningful progress over time.  

Current Coaching Programs Available: 3-Month, 4-Month, and 5-Month Programs
(Programs can be extended for players who’d like to continue building on their progress.)

You’ll work directly with Jim three times per month, with each session lasting 2+ hours.

  •  One session each month will be on-course coaching, where you’ll focus on game management, strategy, and the shots or situations that may be holding you back.  These on-course sessions also help determine priorities for the two follow up training sessions.

  • The two training sessions each month blend range work and short game, designed around the action plan established during your on course session.  (Note: Additional time may also be spent on the course during these sessions to practice situational shots and conditions that can’t be replicated at the range.)

Each session is built to make the most of your time, and you’ll never hit balls for two consecutive hours. Sessions are structured to focus on two or three key areas of your game each time.

Following each session, Jim will provide a personalized video recap summarizing what you worked on, along with any practice drills to reinforce before your next session.

You’ll also have access to Jim throughout your program, so you’ll never be left waiting until the next session if you have questions or want to fine-tune something in between.

This structured, progressive approach is one of the most effective ways to continually improve your game.

On-Course Strategy

Every month includes at least one on-course session where you’ll work side-by-side with Jim on course management, decision-making, and practicing any particular shots / conditions that may be holding you back. 

Focused Training
Each two-hour training session is built around a plan you and Jim create together, targeting two to three areas of your game per session, making the most of each session.

Long-Term Progress
Structured over 3–5 months (or longer if desired), your program develops consistency, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to play to your potential. You’ll also gain a better understanding of how to practice effectively, so you can keep improving long after the program ends.
